It's time for the State Fair!

It's day 4 of Leslie Saeta's 30 in 30 challenge.  Since the Texas State Fair is just around the corner, I thought I would paint some of my favorite things about the State Fair.  You all know, my husband is a huge fan of the State Fair.  I think he gets more excited about it than our kids.  I thought the candy apples would be a simpler subject to paint, but I keep finding details in the shiny candy shell.

    I think reds in WC can be really tricky--you did a "blue ribbon" job on this! Enjoy your challenge painting! Aimee
